Welcome to Stickity! This Google Add On is provided by DesignEd Schools, LLC. 

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of Stickity. By using Stickity for Slides and Stickity for Docs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Stickity.

 

1. Use of Stickity. Stickity is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use Stickity for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not, and may not attempt to, modify, distribute, sell, or lease Stickity or any part thereof. You may not use Stickity in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Stickity.

2. Intellectual Property. Stickity and all content and materials included on Stickity, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Stickity or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on Stickity for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Stickity.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties. Stickity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Stickity does not warrant that Stickity will be uninterrupted or error-free. Stickity will not be liable for any interruptions or errors, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Stickity makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Stickity or the information, content, materials, or products included on Stickity.

4. Limitation of Liability. Stickity will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of Stickity, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

5. Modification of these Terms. Stickity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Any modifications to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Stickity after any modifications have been made will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

6. Governing Law. These Terms and your use of Stickity will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Stickity will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California.

8. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stickity with respect to Stickity. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
